We take Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Cash Our preference is a Credit Card on the deposit and a check on the rental amount.

To hold a Unit Reservation Slot, you need to pay the deposit within 7 days of making the reservation. You can call at (850) 234-0920 or (850) 258-1038 to reserve a unit.
The balance of the rental amount is due 30 days prior to check-in. Please mail your check in time to arrive 30 days prior to check-in.
Your deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure, with no lost items or damage.
