* All rentals periods - add $100 cleaning fee, a $45 reservation fee and 12% taxes.

** All holiday periods require a 3 day minimum rental period.

*** Monthly rates include water, garbage, power, basic cable, wi-f1. It does not include phone.

If applicable, there is a Pet fee of $95.00 for weekly rates and $150.00 for monthly rates.

Payments: We accept PayPal, Visa Master Card AMX and Discover Cards. If paying by check, make checks payable to Martin Overton and send to P O Box 28384 Panama City, FL. 32411

A $200 ($300 for monthly rentals) Pre-Payment is required within 7  days of making the reservation. That prepayment will be applied to the rental amount. Upon arrival, there is a $200/300 security deposit required. That will be returned by mail within 10 days of departure if there is, upon inspection, no damage or missing items.

These are NON SMOKING units. If you, or anyone in your party, smokes inside the unit, you will be required to forfiet your deposit.

Full Payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.  Personal Checks, money orders, cashier checks, certified checks and credit cards are accepted.  If there is less than 30 days before arrival to receive payment, then payment can be made by credit card, money order or certified checks.

Cancellation Policy:  In the event of a cancellation for any reason, we will make every attempt to re-rent the unit.  Any rental obtained during your vacancy will be credited to your account, minus an
administrative fee of $100 for re-renting.  If unable to re-rent, all monies paid will be non-refundable, except the Security deposit.

No refunds for early departure with the exception of forced weather related to the mandatory evacuations by PCB or FEMA Authorities.
